The debut of the new BM2 M6 2013 also marks BMW’s introduction of optional carbon ceramic brakes. Perforated and ventilated 410 mm discs for the front and 396 mm discs for the rear contribute to a 19.4 kg reduction in weight. The same Brembo options are also available for the super sport model from the Munich manufacturer, the BMW F10 M5.
